141218 - SG Date

HOLLA here's an overdue post hehe! So last mid Dec, ZK and I went to SG and we had tons of fun together woohoo!

First stop was Somerset and I finally had the chance to try the highly raved Honey Creme and Llao llao!!

Lots of people said Honey Creme tastes pretty normal but in my opinion, if you like creamy and milky stuff (just like how I do hehe), you will definitely love Honey Creme ice cream becz it's so creamy and milky!! It costs around SGD 6 per cup but to me, it's not really worth the price since it is just plain ice cream with cotton candy/honey comb/popcorn. 

Llao llao is basically just froyo with toppings but it's yummy!! And holy shit the queue was DAMN long zzz. I was too full so I only ordered the smallest size with 1 topping which costs around SGD 5 I think? I tried Sanum (SGD 6.50) the other day and it is sucha BIG cup with fruits, crunch and sauce! Definitely more worth it hahaha

Woohoo CHRISTMAS VIBES everywhere in Orchard!!

Next, we went to another highly raved place which is Sunday Folks! We went there by bus but you can also reach there easily by taking MRT. Alight from Holland Village MRT station and walk towards the row of shops. You will see a freaking long queue outside a shop and TA-DAH! That will be Sunday Folks hahahha

We reached there only an hour later after they started operating (operation hours starts from 4pm at that time) and holy shit it was already full house and the queue outside was very long too zzz. We went to the bakery cafe next to it to chill first instead of wasting our time waiting there. Waited for around 45-60 mins till our turn!

Their speciality there is obviously ice cream with waffles as you can see from the pretty photos posted by everyone on Instagram hahahaha. We ordered Earl Grey ice cream with waffles! Probably waited for around 25 mins for it. Omg wasted so much time waiting in Sunday Folks zzz. LUCKILY it tastes good!! We love the Earl Grey ice cream hehe

 Went back to Orchard after that and we went to Five Tapas Bar to eat and chill ~ OMG the chicken wings there are like THE BESTTTT. SO YUMMY!! Roamed around Orchard later on to check out the Christmas lights and decorations at night! Felt so happy looking at all the pretty pretty Christmas lights and decorations hehe
